Chief Development Officer

With over 20 years of experience fundraising for mission-driven nonprofits, Kristen has led METCO’s development, strategic partnerships, and capacity-building department over the past six years. She is responsible for securing public and private grant funding and also oversees our annual campaign and donor stewardship initiatives. Last year, Kristen played a key role in guiding our strategic planning process, securing input from stakeholders, the board, and staff to help shape a unified vision. Today, she continues to supervise cross-departmental efforts to maintain alignment with our strategic direction. Beyond her professional work, Kristen is an avid backcountry hiker who finds inspiration in the natural world.
