Community Organizer & Engagement Coordinator

Nia is passionate and dedicated to Black History and Teen Empowerment. She is a former METCO Alumni from Wayland who graduated in 2019. Nia has a Master’s in Business Analytics and a Bachelor’s in Business Admin. with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from UMass Amherst. With her passion she serves as the Community Organizer & Engagement Coordinator, where she is responsible for teaching our Teens about History, Leadership, and Advocacy. As well as work with our alums, parents, and families on different events and engagements.
