METCO SUMMER JOBS PROGRAM
Boston students attending METCO district high schools:
HQ is sponsoring three great opportunities this summer.
METCO P.L.A.N.
A part of The City of Boston’s SuccessLink program, The Preparing Leaders and Achievers Network is HQ’s signature summertime “life-readiness” program. More than job readiness, the PLAN covers topics such as executive functioning, financial literacy, cultural identity, and civic engagement, all while exploring various college and career opportunities. PLAN is primarily held in-person at METCO Headquarters, but includes some virtual assignments and off-site field trips.
DISTRICT-SPECIFIC PLACEMENT
Students selected by their METCO Director will perform job-related tasks specific to their school district.
