METCO HQ Persuasive Communications Series

This Persuasive Communications Series is designed to help you get better at listening to and holding persuasive conversations with a peer or colleague.

To make the most of our two sessions together:

  • Watch the METCO 2.0 video and read the article (also linked below).
  • Think of a specific person whom you would like to be able to talk to about METCO 2.0, or more generally, about race, equity, and integration. This conversation should take place with an individual:
    • who can help generate systemic change
    • with whom having this dialogue might be challenging for you

Thank you for your participation and commitment to these critical training sessions! If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Chief Strategy and Development Officer, Kristen Fumarola at [email protected]
